Its a Wild Life, no, sorry... Its Wildlife at Beagle Bay

OK, not every single creature that stays at Beagle Bay RV Haven & Campground is always happy. Certainly not this little critter, who was plucked from his den after it and three litter mates were abandoned by their mother.

A camper brought one of the baby raccoons to show us shortly after wildlife authorities were called and informed about their plight.

Wildlife is abundant at the park, even though it is within sight of busy Interstate 44. In fact, the raccoons share the park with a couple of ground hogs. In addition, a red fox and her playful litter of kits were spotted today, romping in the grass just beyond our secondary music pavilion toward the northwest quarter of the property.

Speaking of music pavilions, the primary music pavilion is continuing to look better with its clean-up and fix-up. Last night it housed another jam session, and it appears that we are ready to begin advertising regular music shows each weekend.

I wonder if the music can soothe this little "savage beast."
